Most Expensive property in London(may be in the world)

I find an interesting artical.

I am going to introduce you about the most expensive property to rent.

'At £40,000 a week, this stunning house just a few feet from Hyde Park is the most expensive property to rent in London.
Located in the infamously luxurious Mayfair part of London, this estate features the highest level of security for its tenants. With staff quarters at the back of the property and many modern accents, you can’t wonder why this London house is the most expensive rent in the city'

I know that Mayfair is one of the most expensive area in London.

But, I do not get why it is such an unbelievably expensive rent!

Of course, the price of land and houses in London continuously have been growing up.
Even so, It is really expensive!

I want to know who can rent the property.

Cigar Direct gives you the best prices for Cuban cigars, always.

Why so expensive ?

I used to live in London between 1997 - 2005.

I felt that cost of living was so high especially for foreigners.

The price of land and house prices have kept increasing.

Consequently, it is not easy for working-class people to buy a house or flat up to zone 4 area in London.

Transpotation cost is extremly high as well.
Single fares for subway is starting from 4 pounds($8) in Zone 1. (if you have Oyster, it is only £1.5)
Eating out in an average restaurant in London is also expensive.
Japanese food such as Sushi and Tempura is abviously expensive...

Cigars in London are most expensive in the world.

Why are costs of living unbelievably high?

One of the reason is that pound(£) is still relatively strong against other currencies.

If you are not millionaires, you can not live in London?

The problem is that only those who work in a city make enough money and they become richer and richer...

Cigar Direct can help all cigar smokers get fine Cuban cigars on reasonable prices.

Punch Cutter

Do you know a Punch Cutter?

Have you ever herad of it?

The punch cutter is popular among ladies because the cutter is perfect for a small sized cigar in terms of diameter.

The punch cutter is different from guillotine type of a cutter.
The punch cutter is called a pierce becasue a cigar is cut by the cutter making a hole of a cigar.

I heard that Marilyn Monroe never smoked a cigar except when she attended Robert Kennedy's birthday party.
I don't know if she used it.
However, it is a quite famous story that Julia Roberts, Sharon Stone and Demi Moore smoke cigars.
They would probably use punch cutters.
I recommend the cutter for all lady's smokers.

It makes them look more beautiful and elegant.
It is also prefect for a gift as well!

MLB(Major League Baseball) World Series

I am a Baseball fan and I watched the World Series on TV.
(Baseball is still most popular sports here in Japan)

The Boston Red Sox captured their second World Series title in four years, completing a four-game sweep of the Colorado Rockies with a 4-3 victory.

Most baseball fans would say that Josh Becket who got 20 wins and David Ortiz who got 35 HR have led the team to the world champion.

Do you know two Japanese rookie pichers: Daiske Matsuzaka and Hideki Okajima?

They also greatly contributed to the World Series title.

I think that Red Sox would not win the world Series title without them.

Do you agree?

I am also convinced that the level of Japanese pichers is almost the same as that of MLB.

What do you think about the level of Japanese pichers?

Diana said 'Oh my God!`

I am going to introduce you updated information on Princess Diana below.

Princess Diana said "Oh my God, Oh my God" as she lay dying in the wreckage of a Paris car crash, a witness told the jury probing her death on last Thursday.
The court heard statements from other witnesses who reported seeing paparazzi swarming around the crash scene......

One of them was shouting," Audrey Lemaigre said. "At one stage he actually said 'she's alive, she's alive'."
Sebastien Masseron, who had been with Lemaigre, said: "I heard one photographer call over to a colleague who was on a scooter at the exit to the tunnel, and say: 'Come back, come back, she's alive'"

I felt very sorry for Princess Diana after I read the article.
